We worked with Mike twice - unfortunately our first trip was cancelled due to COVID.
I was intimidated by how complex a Disney trip now seems. Mike was patient with me and was also available to answer questions and explain. He is clear and goes the extra mile to provide all of the information that you need. He frequently checked into deals that we heard about and had several online meetings with us to go over the parks, the rides, the transportation, the hotel and the food. We felt completely prepared and because of this we had an amazing trip. You really wont find anyone better than Mike."

Mike got to know my family and our individual needs and crafted such a phenomenal experience for us that we couldn’t imagine not using him every time we go to Disney. For example, a simple text the night before reminding us of what to prioritize for Lightning Lane and what not to, our dining reservations, and a friendly reminder how to focus on being present. He was always available to jump on a zoom call to answer any of our thousand questions.
